Yukihiro Shoda is a director based in Tokyo and Los Angeles. He is known as one of a few artists who can adapt the Japanese culture into Western culture, and express it in a unique way that no one has experienced before.
His journey of creativity began studying Architecture and Design in the Kyoto Institute of Technology, finding his passion for creating compelling meaningful content through original short films.
Currently his work ranges from music videos and short films to web films and TV commercials. His latest award is a Grand Prix at CICLOPE Festival 2019 for “HECATE – What Happened?”.
