CICLOPE Awards honor those benchmarking excellence in craft.

The Special Awards celebrate the Winners with the most outstanding performances of the year. From visionary directors to groundbreaking VFX studios, bold agencies to brands redefining storytelling, these are the companies and individuals whose work is most highly-awarded by the CICLOPE Jury.

PRODUCTION COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to production companies which have been credited in 3 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using Production Company credits across all Awards categories shortlist. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one company.

DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR

This award is open to directors which have been credited in 2 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using Direction credits across all Awards categories shortlist.

AGENCY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to agencies which have been credited in 3 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using Advertising Agency credits across all Awards categories shortlists. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one company.

BRAND OF THE YEAR

This award is open to brands which have been credited in 3 or more different shortlisted commercials. The ranking is calculated using Client credits across all Awards categories shortlists.

VISUAL EFFECTS COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to VFX companies which have been credited in 2 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using VFX credits in the Post Production / VFX and Music Video / VFX shortlists. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one.

ANIMATION COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to animation companies which have been credited in 2 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using Animation Company credits in the Animation section (Animation for Video Games , 2D & Stop Motion, CGI Animation, Character Design and Title Sequence) and the Music Video / Animation shortlists. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one company.

EDITING COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to editing companies which have been credited in 2 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using Editing Company credits in the Post-Production / Editing and Music Video / Editing shortlists. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one company.

MUSIC COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to music companies which have been credited in 2 or more different shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films. The ranking is calculated using Music Company credits in the Original Music, Licensed Music and Adapted Music shortlists. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one company.

SOUND COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award is open to sound companies which have been credited in 1 or more shortlisted commercials, music videos or short films in the competition. The ranking is calculated using Sound Company credits in the Sound Design shortlists. Offices under the same ownership/parent group will be considered as one company.

In the official ranking system, each company receives:

• 25 points for a Grand Prix
• 15 points for a Gold Award
• 7 points for a Silver Award
• 3 points for a Bronze Award
• 1 point for a Finalist position
