MD at O2, Rejane Bicca has over two decades of experience in executive production. She has built a solid career working closely with top brands and global accounts. Born in the city of Porto Alegre (RS), she has a BA in Social Communication at PUC- RS and obtained a specialization in Marketing in London, England. 

Already at O2, in 2003 she also lived through the production and international acclaim the film “City of god” received. The feature disrupted movie-making, breaking paradigms and was the first Brazilian production ever nominated for an Academy Award. She has since led numerous projects that have won both national and international awards.

In 2019, she served as a jury member at the CICLOPE Festival in Berlin, Germany. Rejane was also recognized as the Best Production Company Account Executive at the “Best of the Market” awards by Clube de Criação.

As a columnist for Women to Watch, an initiative by Meio & Mensagem, Rejane writes about women’s representation in the marketing and communication. Since the beginning of her career, she has addressed issues such as gender equality in the audiovisual market and female presence in Brazilian advertising. Given her expertise and sharp eye, another one of her roles is to support our O2 directors and to scout talent to tell the stories the studios project with our distinguished narrative and differentiation.
