FutureFrames is a new initiative by CICLOPE, designed to create space for bold, necessary conversations between the industry’s top emerging talent, and its most influential leaders.

For the first time in history, five generations are working side by side. Knowing how to bridge the gaps between their differences in expectations, values, and ways of working is a fine art in constant evolution. How are decision makers attracting, retaining, and developing talent today?

FutureFrames sets out to support the industry in answering these questions by flipping the script, and placing the next generation of talent at the heart of the conversation. They will guide the discussion; sharing their views on the future of work, what they expect from the industry, and how technology and AI are redefining creative careers.

Launched at CICLOPE Festival 2025 the panels were moderated by Florence Jacob, and offered attendees the chance to discuss and reflect. The initiative will grow in 2026, exploring how we can shape the future of creative work, together.
