Paulina Embart leads the Global Production team at Our LEGO Agency (OLA), the LEGO Group’s in house creative and production agency. Leading a team of global creative producers developing and implementing everything from commercial to social content to brand experiences, a believer of production which is future facing, but not at the cost of craft.
In the past year, her team have helped launch LEGO’s TikTok channel, put a dog on a skateboard designed by children and opened an art gallery in Paris.
Prior to moving to Denmark to work at The LEGO Group, Paulina’s more than two decades in agency have been spent across the WPP network, TBWA, CHEP and a handful of indie agencies.
