Refund & Revocation Policy

• Passes to CICLOPE Festival are not refundable, under any circumstances.
• In the unlikely event that CICLOPE Festival 2026 must be postponed, your pass(es) will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
• The cancellation of one or more program sessions will not entitle participants to any compensation or refund.
• Unused passes have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
• CICLOPE Festival will not issue refunds or credits for failure to redeem discount coupons during registration.
• Lost or stolen credentials will not be replaced; new credentials must be purchased at full price.
• Use of credentials by anyone other than the registered individual will result in revocation without refund.
• By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of their name, image, and voice in all CICLOPE communications (photo, video, and audio).

Credentials Transfer Policy

• CICLOPE Festival passes are non-transferable except via an official name change request.
• Name changes are allowed up to five (5) days before the event, with a €50 processing fee per ticket.

Please note that VAT refunds for foreign businesses must be requested directly through your local tax authority. The process is handled between tax authorities, and we are unable to support or manage these applications on your behalf.
