Mike Battcock is a director and Joint Head of 3D at Time Based Arts. After studying music and engineering at university, Mike had a change of heart and enrolled in the VFX course at Escape Studios. He joined Time Based Arts shortly after completing the course, working on some of the best and most creative commercials in the industry. Apart from a brief period working in feature film in Vancouver, he has been at Time Based Arts for almost 10 years. Mike split his time between working as a VFX supervisor and artist on the box, and has also directed some commercial work with Time Based Arts.
