Carissa is the SVP, Integrated Production at Dentsu international. Previously, she held the same title at award-winning Dentsu agency 360i, where she oversaw the production department for the agency.
Carissa is a 15-year agency veteran, working in various digital, broadcast, and integrated production roles — delivering everything from digital content, to large installations and events, to Super Bowl broadcast spots for clients like Coca-Cola, Lowes, the NFL, and Visa. Prior to joining 360i, Carissa was Executive Producer Digital/Integrated Content at Translation, where she led the production for the agency’s sister company and music label United Masters. She has also held positions at 180 Amsterdam (now 180 Kingsday), AKQA, and BBDO.
Over the years, Carissa has produced work that has won numerous awards from Cannes, Clios, D&AD, One Show, and more.
Carissa is a strong believer in fostering a culture for future female leaders and supporting women on the trajectory of their career, especially while balancing family life. She regularly mentors both female producers and creatives. Carissa currently lives in Dumbo with her husband, daughter, dog, and bunny.
