Executive Producer & Founder
Peter Grasse is an award-winning producer and founder of Mr+Positive in Tokyo and Singapore. Over the past decade, he has helped build leading production companies across New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and Japan, producing globally recognized commercial and creative work while championing emerging talent.
Beginning his career at Curious Film Auckland and helping expand the company into Sydney, Peter has since earned industry honors including a BAFTA, Grand Effie, D&AD Pencil, Cannes Lions, Gold Webby, and Cannes Grands Prix. He has also served on juries for major international awards, including Cannes Lions, CICLOPE, Spikes Asia, ADFEST, and The Immortals.
Under his leadership, Mr+Positive was named Asia’s #1 Production Company in 2024, won Music Video of the Year in 2023, was awarded CICLOPE ASIA PACIFIC’s Most Awarded Production Company of the Year in 2025, and contributed to films that premiered at Sundance and Slamdance in 2025.
