Manon Leurent

While studying Communications at Sciences Po Paris, Manon was mentored by leading figures in Paris’s communications industry, encounters that shaped her creative and strategic perspective. She went on to join BETC Paris Brand Content department, where she developed a strong interest in creative storytelling. She then moved to New York, where she built an extensive network across the fashion and luxury industries while further developing her marketing expertise.

Building on this experience, she joined ICONOCLAST Paris, where over seven years she progressively expanded her role and responsibilities, cultivating direct-to-client relationships and in-house creative projects, developing emerging directors, and producing work for leading international brands including Hermès, Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier, Paco Rabanne, or  Chloé.

In 2022, Manon joined DIPLOMATS, contributing to the evolution of the company’s creative vision. Her work spans a wide range of formats, from music videos and commercials to more experimental forms of visual storytelling.

Driven by a passion for discovering distinctive and unexpected talents across disciplines and creative fields, Manon has played an instrumental role in identifying and developing a new generation of directors including Mau Morgo, Vincent Catel, Talia Collis, C Prinz, Nicolas de Sola while also collaborating with established, award-winning filmmakers such as Lope Serrano, Karim Huu Do, etc. Her work is guided by a constant search for new perspectives and unexpected voices, and by a belief in the power of encounters to bring new ideas, talents, and forms of storytelling to life.
