Lucia Orlandi

Lucia Orlandi is a Los Angeles-based Creative Director, originally from Ireland, currently leading Brand at Netflix’s in-house Brand Creative Studio.

She previously served as Executive Creative Director at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, leading teams working exclusively with Apple. She has also held creative leadership roles at R/GA, AKQA and in-house at Squarespace, creating award-winning work spanning brand platforms, product launches, and social-first campaigns for clients like Google, ESPN, Mailchimp and Lego.

Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, The Art Directors Club, The One Show, Webbys and featured in Creativity, AdAge, The New York Times, The Association of Illustrators and more. She is also a recipient of The One Club and 3% Movement: Next Creative Leader Award.

She is most passionate about shapeshifting ideas and finding new formats that surprise.
