Heitor Caetano

Heitor Caetano is a multiplatform creative and Executive Creative Director at Gana, a Brazilian agency composed entirely of Black professionals. They also serve as co-president of the CLUBE DE CRIAÇÃO, the country’s leading creative institution.

For over a decade, they have worked across creative agencies and as a Creative and Diversity Director in audiovisual projects, shaping representative narratives for entertainment and branded content. They are also the creator and host of Prisma Criativo, an audio and video interview series exploring the journeys of creative professionals. Its first season spotlighted LGBTQIAPN+ professionals across Brazil’s creative industry.

In 2022, in recognition of their creative work, they were named Creative Ambassador of CC, representing Latin America at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. In 2025, they created DESCOBERTO, a multidisciplinary music and visual project exploring their lived experience as a Black and queer person.
