Gussie Peile is Head of Production and Executive Producer at FutureFrankⓇ an award-winning production company based in Amsterdam. She has built her career across both commercial production and agency environments in London and Amsterdam, including helping establish Hey Honey, a social-creative agency, before shifting her focus to more film and documentary.

FutureFrank works with leading brands and agencies alike, collaborating closely with creatives, directors, the very best crews and production partners to bring ideas to life.

Alongside their commercial work, the FutureFrank team has a growing slate of independent film and documentary projects through MrsFrank, with a particular interest in real stories, strong creative voices and work that creates a conversation beyond the screen.
