Genevieve Hoey is a global creative leader, strategic brand builder and 1000% professional believer in ideas that make people feel. As Senior Director, Global Creative at Our LEGO Agency, she helps shape stories and entertainment for one of the world’s most loved brands. Over 20+ years, she has created and led work for Nike, Converse, Google, BMW MINI, Booking.com and more across Melbourne, Amsterdam, Shanghai, New York, Sydney and now Copenhagen.

Her work has been recognised by Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clios, Global Effies, New York Festivals, the Emmys, the ARIAs, Tribeca, Fast Company and is in the MOMA collection. A queer creative leader, Gen builds teams where brave ideas, sharp craft and good humour can all survive the endless meetings. She loves culture, music, mischief, and lives for getting goosebumps from seeing bold work come to life.
