Paul Rogers is an Academy Award®-winning film editor and partner in the editorial company PARALLAX.
Rogers edited the film “Everything Everywhere All at Once” for his frequent collaborators, the directing duo DANIELS, and would go on to earn the Oscar for Best Film Editing.
Along with PARALLAX partners Luke Lynch and Kahlil Joseph, Rogers edited the film “BLKNWS: Terms & Conditions” which is being released this fall. Earlier this year, his film “The Return of Ochi” was released by A24.
Rogers’ journey began in 2007, editing documentary films for public television in Alabama, where he earned four Emmy Awards. His trajectory led him to Los Angeles in 2013, starting work as an intern for “The Eric Andre Show” before working his way up to editor. He launched a prolific career in music videos with the iconic “Turn Down For What,” directed by DANIELS. Rogers also edited the documentary “You Cannot Kill David Arquette,” which earned him an Adobe Editing Award.
