Glenn Martin is the CEO and President of Nomad and one of its founding members, helping launch the company in 1996. A graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa, he began his career as a production assistant in New York before moving into post-production, prompted by one too many grueling 36-hour music video shoots.
In the 2000s, Glenn gained recognition for editing Apple’s award-winning iPod Silhouettes campaign, which led Chiat/Day to invite him to direct the iPod Shuffle campaign, marking his move behind the camera. While he now focuses on leading Nomad, he still directs and edits select projects each year.
Under Glenn’s leadership, Nomad has expanded internationally with offices in London (2008) and Tokyo (2018), most recently adding an Austin location. He lives in Los Angeles with his family, where he coaches AYSO soccer and supports LAFC.
