As one half of the director-producer duo that founded Nirvana Films in 2001, Sneha Iype has produced commercials over the last 25 years. Under her supervision, Nirvana has been listed as one of India’s leading ad film production companies. Sneha’s vision for the company helped it grow from a single director company to include a panel of directors. 

Giving voice to the production scenario in India, Sneha often finds herself on jury panels at festivals like Cannes Lions 2012 – Film Craft Jury, CICLOPE Festival in Berlin 2014 and CICLOPE Asia in Tokyo 2019, and speaker forums like Tedx India, IMRB, IOS Symposium, etc. 

She has also published a short story that she wrote, as part of a book called Dog Stories, based on Cheeka, a pug that changed Indian advertising. 

Sneha is a co-founder of The Neev Children’s Literature Festival and is also currently on the Board of Directors of The Neev IB School in Bangalore, India. 

She also finds a great outlet in teaching and often enjoys being invited to guest lectures at management schools and corporate sessions across the country. 

Sneha manages a home and an office, along with her 3 children, 4 dogs, 2 cats, one husband and juggles several other challenging duties with complete calm.
