Jen Cadic is a creative leader with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of animation, gaming, and immersive storytelling. After an early chapter at Psyop, she returned in 2022 and was named Managing Director of Animation in 2024. Since then, she’s been instrumental in driving outstanding work for Microsoft, Meta, Ubisoft, Oakley, Dream Games, and Riot Games – including the League of Legends GODS ft. NewJeans Official Music Video, which picked up a Silver at CICLOPE in 2024 and became one of Psyop’s most celebrated pieces of the year. 

Jen is a builder of teams, taste, and momentum. At Psyop, she’s focused on curating top talent, nurturing original voices, and helping the studio continue its acclaimed animation legacy through world-class craft and storytelling.

Before returning to Psyop, Jen led production at Flight School Studio, where she executive produced a slate of immersive and genre-bending projects, including the Emmy-nominated MLK: Now Is The Time, Dan Carlin presents War Remains, and the original indie games Creature in the Well and Stonefly. Earlier in her career, she held senior production roles at Reel FX and Nice Shoes, building her reputation for delivering ambitious creative with heart, precision, and style.
