Lynsey Atkin is a Founder & Partner at Baby Teeth, a new creative company that partners with brands, talent and organisations to create work that exists as entertainment and art in order to build cultural and commercial value. 

One of the UK’s most awarded creative leaders, Lynsey was Executive Creative Director of 4creative for five years, leading some of Channel 4’s most iconic branding and campaign work including the 2023 Channel 4 Idents and both ‘Super.Human’ and ‘Considering What?’ for the Tokyo and Paris Paralympic Games respectively. Starting from a background in graphic design, she co-founded the counterculture print/publisher Ditto Press in the mid 2000s – described by Offprint Paris as “Lords of the English underground” – and curveballed into advertising with roles at BBH, Havas London and in-house at Conde Nast Video. The work she led has been awarded at every major international show including twice winning the Cannes Lions Film Grand Prix, over 20 D&AD pencils, Grand Clios and CICLOPE Grand Prix.
