Lauren Hertzberg is the East Coast Managing Partner of Cut+Run, a creative editorial company with offices across the U.S. She works closely with the global leadership team while leading and curating New York’s editorial and production talent.
With over 20 years of post-production experience, Lauren is known for her sharp eye for talent, dynamic leadership, and unwavering commitment to clients. She got her start as a post supervisor in Hollywood after growing up in the independent film scene, and rose from receptionist to Executive Producer at Whitehouse Post before joining Cut+Run.
Lauren’s work spans award-winning commercials, short films, and music videos. At Cut+Run, she was part of the team behind the Oscar shortlisted Netflix short Zion and helped lead the company to industry honors including Ad Age’s 2022 Edit House of the Year and the 2023 CICLOPE Editing Company of the Year award.
She serves as Vice President of the AICP East Board, is a member of the AICP Post Council, and proudly champions sustainability through Cut+Run’s membership in Green the Bid.
