Naledi Kgope

Naledi Kgope is a Johannesburg-based Producer whose passion for film began at university. She joined Bioscope Films straight after graduating and worked her way through the ranks to become one of the company’s lead producers.

Over the years, Naledi has collaborated closely with Bioscope’s directors and leading agency creative teams, producing work across a broad range of South African and international commercials. Her work with Bioscope Films has received recognition at Cannes Lions, The One Show, the Loeries and CICLOPE.

Known for bringing calm to the chaos of production, Naledi combines clear thinking and meticulous planning with a collaborative, people-first approach. She believes the best work comes from strong creative partnerships, mutual respect and creating the space for great ideas to make it onto screen.
