Emma joined Bear Meets Eagle On Fire five years ago and has led all their production efforts across a wide range of projects and platforms.
Her most recent projects for Telstra and Bankwest specifically, have continued her strong record of producing world class work. Her productions on Telstra have been recognised with Grand Prix Awards at Cannes, London International, Creative Review UK, AWARD, SHOTS and CICLOPE, not to mention numerous gold and silver awards, and a coveted pencil from D&AD.
Emma was the recipient of the 2025 AWARD Agency Producer of the Year and shortlisted for Agency Producer of the Year at the 2026 Ad Age Creativity Awards.
Emma is incredibly passionate about the craft and quality of the work. Before coming back home to Australia in 2017, Emma spent most of her time at Wieden + Kennedy London, working across award-winning projects for iconic brands such as Lurpak, Honda and Nike.
In her 20+ years of experience, she has produced with some of the most respected directors, animators and production companies in the world.
