Psembi Kinstan is Executive Creative Director at 72andSunny Amsterdam.
He was previously the Group CCO at Clemenger BBDO, formerly DDB, Melbourne, where he led the creative vision of the agency and grew it from 30 to over 250 after the merger. In 2025, DDB became Regional Network of the Year at Cannes Lions, winning Australia’s only accolades (Innovation and Glass Lions).
Prior to that, Psembi headed up McCann in Melbourne. International experience includes BBH, where he was their youngest ever CD, running Audi as well as creating campaigns for Tesco Christmas, Barclays and Absolut Vodka. He created award-winning work at RKCRY&R London and GPY&R Melbourne for clients including BBC Sport, Chanel No. 5 and M&S.
Psembi has served on various juries throughout APAC, and has won more than 300 awards, including a BAFTA and multiple Cannes Lions (including Innovation and Glass Lions).
He grew up on a crocodile farm in the remote Australian outback.
