Luis Ribeiro is the Managing Director/Partner of LOBO, the São Paulo and New York-based creative studio he has led for over a decade. Under his direction, LOBO has grown from a Brazilian animation powerhouse into a genuinely multinational operation, with directors, artists, and producers working across live action, animation, and AI-driven production for some of the world’s most demanding agencies and brands.

Luis’s background sits at the intersection of creative production and business strategy, a combination that has shaped LOBO’s identity as a studio that insists on both craft and commerce, rather than choosing between them. He has been instrumental in building bridges between the US and Latin American markets, bringing Brazilian creative sensibility into the mainstream of American advertising while opening doors in the opposite direction.

Born in Brazil and based in New York, Luis operates fluidly across cultures, languages, and markets—perhaps the most honest description of what LOBO itself does every day.
