    (a) administering your website account(s) and otherwise in connection with any service for which you have provided your information, including any delegate pass, email alerts, transactions with us and competitions and promotions that you take part in;

    (d) sending you important festival information, including but not limited to, speaker announcements, programme updates and invitations to special festival events;

This will enable your relationship to continue with the relevant Ciclope Festival business despite the change of ownership.
