Stephanie Flindt

Stephanie Flindt is Partner, Managing Director & Executive Producer at BAD LAND, a global creative agency and production company with bases in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Milan.

Since joining BAD LAND in 2018, Stephanie has played a key role in shaping the company’s creative direction and international growth. Working across advertising, fashion and visual storytelling, she combines creative development and production with the representation of photographers, directors, cinematographers and visual artists.

With a strong eye for talent and a hands-on creative approach, Stephanie works closely with clients, agencies and creative teams to develop ideas, build the right teams and bring ambitious work to life.

She brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the CICLOPE Grand Jury, shaped by her experience across both the creative and production sides of the industry.
