Daniel Schaefer just left his job as Chief Creative Officer and Partner at Jung von Matt where he was overseeing the creative output of its 34 offices in 10 countries. He co-created in collaboration with Unilever Axe Anarchy. the world’s first Axe body spray for women and penned the multi award-winning global Unleash the chaos campaign. He co-created Axe Peace partnering with the NGO Peace One Day and penned the highly acclaimed Make love, not war campaign launching at the Super Bowl. He co-created the global brand platform More together for Facebook and was the Global Creative Director for Samsung’s Awesome is for everyone. He led international teams at BBH in London and W+K Amsterdam respectively, running global accounts like Facebook, Samsung, Airbnb and Mondelez.
Over the years he won accolades at all major award shows, including multiple Grand Prixs, Golds, Silvers, Bronzes, Pencils, Arrows, and his work has been added to the permanent collection of the MoMa in New York. The work he helped create has impacted culture and has been covered and referenced in every major media outlet including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, Fast Company, CNBC, ABC News and others.
