André Pedroso

André Pedroso is a globally recognized Chief Creative Officer with over three decades of experience building, transforming, and leading award-winning creative agencies across Latin America from Brazil and Colombia to Ecuador.

His career began in Rio de Janeiro at Comunicação Contemporânea, where he earned Brazil’s first Silver Lion at Cannes Lions for O Globo. From there, he advanced through some of Brazil’s most respected creative institutions: Young & Rubicam, Fischer America, Lowe Brasil, and DM9DDB, where he spent a decade as Creative Director and helped the agency reach Cannes Lions Agency of the Year in 2009. His client roster in Brazil spans some of the most demanding and iconic brands in the market, including Vivo, Itaú, Johnson & Johnson, Renault, AB InBev, and Estrela, for whom he created “Come Back Ferrorama”, recognized among the Top 250 Campaigns in 60 Years of Cannes Lions.

In Colombia, as CCO at DDB, André repositioned the agency as one of Latin America’s top creative hubs  winning 60+ Effies, a Grand Effie, and the title of Best Creative Director in the country at El Ojo de Iberoamérica. His team produced transformative work for McDonald’s, BBVA, Claro, Avianca, and AB InBev.

Today, as CCO of MullenLowe Delta in Ecuador, he leads a 130-person integrated team and serves as President of the LATAM Creative Council for MullenLowe Group. Under his leadership, the agency reached #1 in Ecuador, earning FIAP Agency of the Year 2024/25 and three consecutive Lux Awards. His work for Pepsi, Gatorade, Diners Club, and Banco Pichincha reflects a consistent ability to fuse cultural insight with commercial impact.

A sought-after jury member at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&AD, One Show, LIA, El Ojo, FIAP, NYF Health, Golden Drum, Red Apple, and El Sol, André brings both a practitioner’s rigor and a global creative standard to every room he enters.

He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and is based between Ecuador and Miami.
