Alexander Nowak was born and raised in Germany but spent almost his entire career at Droga5 in New York making a name for himself with ground-breaking work for brands such as Google, Under Armour, Hennessy, and Lululemon.
Nowak’s career began with an architecture degree – after finishing his award-winning thesis in 2008 he continued his visual exploration focusing on art direction. He joined Droga5 in 2009 and became an integral part of the creative force of the agency, challenging the status quo of craft, storytelling, and visual expressions for more than a decade before he moved to Berlin in 2022. For Mother, Nowak portrays a unique opportunity to have a local with such international experience building and shaping a new generation agency in the creative capital of Europe.
