C:FUTURE is CICLOPE’s initiative dedicated to the next generation of the creative industry.

For the first time in history, five generations are working alongside one another. Different expectations, different ambitions, different definitions of success, and different ways of thinking about work now coexist inside the same companies. Understanding those differences has become one of the industry’s biggest challenges.

Rather than discussing the future of young talent, C:FUTURE puts young talent at the centre of the conversation.

Taking place across all three days of the Festival, each session in Berlin features a different group of emerging talent from different disciplines. But every conversation follows the same three themes: Expectations. Reality. Hope.

By repeating the framework with different voices, C:FUTURE reveals where a new generation shares common ground, where perspectives diverge, and what the industry can learn from both.

Launched in 2025, C:FUTURE continues to evolve as an ongoing platform for dialogue between emerging talent and the people shaping the future of the creative industries.
