Kate Gooden is an Executive Producer and Partner at the award-winning production company Scoundrel. With over 20 years’ experience across leading production companies and creative agencies, including as Executive Producer at Saatchi & Saatchi Australia, she is known for her creative leadership and industry influence.
Under Kate’s leadership, Scoundrel was named Production Company of the Year at the 44th AWARD Awards in 2023, followed by Production Company of the Year at the CICLOPE Asia Awards in 2025. In 2024, Kate was appointed Co-Chair of the Commercial Producers’ Council, where she actively works to drive meaningful change across the industry.
Kate’s work has been recognised at the world’s leading creative awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, CICLOPE, LIA and AWARD.
