Aisha Blackwell

Aisha Blackwell is Head of Production Services at Serviceplan MAKE in Germany. With roots in Germany, the UK, and the US, she has built her career in advertising production following early roles at J. Walter Thompson and McCann Erickson.

Over the years, she has worked with leading international brands including Lufthansa, Uber, and Coca-Cola, bringing a wide range of campaigns to life in close collaboration with creatives, directors, and production partners. Her work has contributed to projects recognized at major industry awards, including Cannes Lions and The One Show, among them PENNY – The Wish.

Passionate about people, storytelling, and collaboration, Aisha enjoys bringing together talented teams and believes that great creative work starts with authentic human insight.
