Noé Baruchel Dominati is an Executive Producer and Partner at PHANTASM, a Paris-based creative production company working across film, fashion, luxury and culture.

Over the past decade, he has produced international campaigns and films for leading global brands, collaborating with directors and creative talents including Fabien Baron, Nathalie Canguilhem, Amber Grace Johnson, Jessy Moussallem, Pantera, rubberband., Colin Tilley and Philippe Tempelman.

Alongside commercial production, he is involved in the development of PHANTASM’s wider creative ecosystem across photography, feature films and new production models, with a particular focus on talent, international collaboration and the evolution of commercial production across emerging formats, technologies and ways of working.
