Meghan Kraemer

Meghan Kraemer is Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of Hard Work Club, an independent creative agency based in Toronto.

She has spent her career chasing craft, character and the strange spark of magic that happens when human truth hits an artistic nerve.

In 2021, Meghan co-founded Hard Work Club with zero safety net and a strong appetite for risk. Every year since, HWC has been shortlisted as Canada’s Small Agency of the Year, winning Gold in 2025 and taking Silver for Ad Age’s International Small Agency of the Year in 2026.

Meghan’s work has been recognized internationally at D&AD, The One Show, the Clio Awards, the ANDYs, CICLOPE and beyond. In 2025, she was named to ADWEEK’s Creative 100.

A champion of creative collaboration and a ruthless sharpener of brand voice, Meghan believes the best work comes when agency and production work as true creative partners — guided by instinct, craft and ideas too specific to have come from a committee.
