Leah Churchill-Brown founded her production company, The Doll Collective, in 1999 to develop local talent and service the US and European markets, collaborating with acclaimed directors.

Under her leadership, The Doll Collective built a reputation for distinctive projects and strong creative partnerships. Her ability to nurture talent and support compelling screen stories contributed to a series of successful productions and established her as a respected producer.

In 2005, she produced her first feature film, Suburban Mayhem. The film was invited to screen in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival and received 10 AFI Award nominations, winning three, including Best Actress.

Churchill-Brown went on to produce the feature film Beautiful Kate, which also received critical acclaim.

Leah is an Executive Producer at EXIT Films, working with acclaimed directors including Garth Davis, Glendyn Ivin, Stefan Hunt and Mark Molloy. She continues EXIT’s tradition of mentoring emerging talent, and many projects she has collaborated on have been recognised by major industry bodies and festivals, including CICLOPE and Cannes Lions.
