Fiona Crombie is an Australian production designer based in London. Originally trained as a theatre set and costume designer, Fiona decided to switch her path after 10 years of working in the Australian theatre industry. Commercials, short films and video clips became her film school. Then in 2010, Fiona production and costume designed her first feature, The Snowtown Murders. Crombie’s following projects include Yorgos Lanthimos’ The Favourite, Jane Campion’s Top Of the Lake, Craig Gillespie’s Cruella, Ari Aster’s Beau is Afraid, Bong Joon Ho’s Mickey 17 and Chloé Zhao’s Hamnet for which Fiona was nominated for her second Academy Award. Fiona’s most recent production design is What Happens At Night for director Martin Scorsese.
