Rochelle Palmer is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Untold Studios – a global, independent creative studio shaping culture through Music, TV and Advertising.
Rochelle leads the creative and commercial operations of the business, overseeing world-class Creative and Production teams across London and Los Angeles. Since launching Untold, she has played a pivotal role in building one of the industry’s most exciting creative companies — recognised by BAFTA, the Emmys, the Grammys and D&AD for outstanding craft, storytelling and innovation.
She has helped grow Untold studios to a global team of over 500 artists, producers and technologists, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ambition and inclusion. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and representation in the creative industries.
Rochelle sits on the Advisory Board of SXSW London, delivered the keynote address at the 2025 AWS Tech Summit to an audience of 25,000, and recently met His Majesty King Charles III on behalf of Untold Studios in recognition of its creative and cultural impact.
