Meghan Kraemer is a co-founder and executive creative director.
She has spent her career chasing craft, character and the strange spark of magic that happens when human truth hits an artistic nerve.
In 2021, Meghan co-founded Hard Work Club. An advertising and design agency launched with zero safety net and a strong appetite for risk. That flying leap vaulted her into the under-one-percent of agency owners who are also women. Every year since, HWC has been shortlisted as Canada’s Small Agency of the Year, carving out a reputation for work that pokes, prods and punches well above its weight.
Meghan’s work has been recognized internationally at D&AD, The One Show, the Clio Awards and the ANDYs. In 2025, she was named to ADWEEK’s Creative 100.
A champion of collaboration and ruthless sharpener of brand voice, Meghan’s ambition is to create work that’s subversively strange, fiercely felt, and strikingly crafted.
