Catherine Baikousis is an accomplished and versatile producer with a career spanning film, television, music, advertising, and branded entertainment. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creativity, craft, and innovation across short and feature films, commercials, and music videos.
As Founding Partner and Executive Producer at ANORAK Film since 2015, Catherine has led internationally acclaimed campaigns including Family Diary for WhatsApp, The Morning is Ours for Hornbach, and The Art of Imagination for Mercedes-Benz x Moncler. Under her leadership, ANORAK’s work has been honored at Cannes Lions, CICLOPE, D&AD, LIA, Eurobest, and beyond.
Catherine began her journey in branded entertainment as an Executive Producer at RadicalMedia, producing campaigns for leading global brands. Prior to that, she held senior roles in television, including Channel Manager at MTV Germany and Show Producer for the Academy Awards (German market). She also co-created Music Nation with Universal Music – an innovative A&R platform – and developed original programming for TV.
A highlight of her film work includes producing the critically acclaimed, award-winning feature Victoria, further establishing her as a creative leader in the international production community.
