Refund & Revocation Policy

• Tickets to CICLOPE Festival are not refundable, under any circumstances.
• In the unlikely event that CICLOPE Festival 2025 must be postponed, your ticket(s) will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
• The cancellation of one or more program sessions will not entitle participants to any compensation or refund.
• Unused tickets have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
• CICLOPE Festival will not issue refunds or credits for failure to redeem discount coupons during registration.
• Lost or stolen credentials will not be replaced; new credentials must be purchased at full price.
• Use of credentials by anyone other than the registered individual will result in revocation without refund.
• By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of their name, image, and voice in all CICLOPE communications (photo, video, and audio).

Credentials Transfer Policy

• CICLOPE Festival tickets are non-transferable except via an official name change request.
• Name changes are allowed up to five (5) days before the event, with a €50 processing fee per ticket.
