Peter Grasse

Peter Grasse is an award-winning executive producer and founder of Mr+Positive, based in Tokyo and Singapore. Over more than two decades, his productions have been recognised with a BAFTA, inclusion in MoMA’s AICP Collection, two Cannes Lions Grands Prix, three CICLOPE Asia Pacific Production Company of the Year awards, an Australian Grand Effie, a Global Grand Effie, and honors from D&AD, Clio Awards, The Webby Awards, The One Show, AdFest, Mad Stars, and Straight 8 Shootout. Under Peter’s leadership, Mr+Positive was named LBB’s #1 Ranked Production Company in Asia (2025), won Shots Awards Asia Pacific Music Video of the Year (2024), and was the most awarded production company at CICLOPE Asia Pacific (2026) for its Go Mongolia campaign. Peter is an international jury member and speaker on commercial filmmaking, cross-cultural collaboration, and commercial ethnography.
