Blair Warren joined W+K as an intern. While she spent the majority of her career at W+K New York, in the summer of 2023, she joined the Portland leadership team as Global Executive Creative Director on Nike, alongside Caleb Jensen.
Warren brings a diverse portfolio of experience to the role, with award-winning work for brands like Jordan, Sprite, Michelob Ultra, the Brooklyn Nets, HBO and Lyft. Since taking on the leadership role for Nike, she and Jensen have ushered in a provocative new style to the work, including the 2024 Olympics effort Winning Isn’t for Everyone, Nike’s recent Winning Isn’t Comfortable running campaign, the brand’s So Win Super Bowl effort, and in summer 2026, Nike’s Rip the Script universe for the FIFA World Cup.
Blair is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and the VCU Brandcenter.

For the 2026 World Cup, Nike and Wieden+Kennedy set out to celebrate football at its most instinctive, creative and unpredictable. The result was Rip the Script: a six-minute film directed by Dan Streit (Somesuch) that brings together more than 30 of the biggest names across football, sport and culture — from Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland to Ronaldinho, LeBron James, Travis Scott and Kim Kardashian.
The premise is simple: put football inside a meticulously controlled film set — and let the players destroy the script.
