With over 25 years of experience in commercial production, Zayd Halim is a respected leader in the South African advertising industry. Starting his career at Velocity Films in 2002, Zayd quickly rose through the ranks under the guidance of top producers. In 2011, he partnered with director Anton Visser, and together they launched Patriot Films in 2017.
Zayd has produced award winning campaigns for renowned international and local brands such as McDonald’s, Toyota, KFC, Volkswagen, and Coca-Cola. His production expertise, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach have made him a trusted partner for agencies and clients alike.
In addition to his work at Patriot Films, Zayd serves on the Executive Committee of the South African Commercial Producers Association, where he helps shape and support the local commercial production industry.
