After getting politely rejected by TV channel Arte, Yannick Fauth found himself on the door step of commercial film production. He spent his early career gaining experience working for production companies in Hamburg, Cape Town, and Buenos Aires.
While studying at the University of Arts in Berlin he founded LE BERG, a scrappy side project born out of curiosity and creative restlessness. What started out as a naive DIY hustle has now evolved into one of the most respected up-and-coming production companies in Germany. Today, the Berlin-based team is 19 people strong, with a new office in Zurich and a track record of producing exceptional work for global brands like Mercedes-Benz, Google, Adidas, ALDI, and Bottega Veneta. Along the way, the work has been awarded and recognised at Cannes Lions and ADC.
As Founder and Executive Producer, Yannick is focused on building the kind of creative environment he once searched for. Where trust, curiosity, and real collaboration come first. A space where people feel seen, ideas can grow, and meaningful work can take shape.
