Ralph Laucella is a Founding Partner & Executive Producer of O Positive. Ralph has produced hundreds of commercials, including many Super Bowl favorites, working closely with a long list of celebrities and influencers along with all major sports franchises. He has worked on ESPN’s long-running, iconic award-winning This Is Sports Center campaign since its beginnings.
Ralph has served as the 2024 AICP Show Chairperson and currently serves on the AICP National Board. Ralph is a member of the Television Academy’s Executive Committee for Commercials Peer Group for the Emmy Awards. O Positive is consistently ranked among the top production companies worldwide, last year ranking the second most awarded company at the AICP Show and No. 4 for the Cannes Lions Palme d’Or.
