Perry Fair is one of the few people in marketing and advertising who has worked across virtually every level in the industry. He has experience in multicultural, traditional, digital, social, experiential, events, branded content, and entertainment. Perry has worked agency-side as President, Chief Creative Officer, and Chief Digital Officer, as well as client-side as Global Head of Brand, Global Head of Creative, Head of Partnerships, and Global Head of Production and Events.

He is currently the Head of Creative IMC at Mattel, overseeing creative strategy and execution across more than 30 global brands, leading internal teams and external agencies, and integrating marketing efforts across AI, social, content, and traditional advertising.

In entertainment, Perry led the creation of the pilot for The Shop as VP, Global Head of Creative at Beats by Dr. Dre. He also developed branded content and entertainment properties as Head of Partnerships for Red Bull Media House North America.

Perry has written and sold a full-length feature, The Four Horsemen, to Intrepid Pictures and Universal Studios.
