about the jury

Holly Vega has been with Biscuit almost since its inception and has played an instrumental role in the company’s success. She joined in 2002 as Head of Production and worked her way up to her current role as Executive Producer, where she oversees projects for directors including Aaron Stoller, Andreas Nilsson, Jeff Low, Rachel McDonald, and Steve Rogers

In her 20+ years with the company, Holly has helped to grow Biscuit into one of the most prolific and award-winning commercial production houses in the world. Under her guidance and capable range, many Biscuit directors have grown from exciting up-and-comers to established industry legends, honing their signature styles along the way, and creating career-defining work for brands from Apple to Old Spice to ESPN. Her long-standing advertising agency relationships make her a go-to resource for clients looking for flawless creative execution of their latest concepts, and her familial yet tenacious leadership fosters an enduring trust from her directors – many of whom have been loyal to her for over a decade and counting.

Holly was recently recognized as Ad Age’s 2025 Executive Producer of the Year as part of the magazine’s annual Creativity Awards – only the second EP ever to receive this honor. No matter the brand, the director, or the tone, Holly can truly do it all with ease, creativity, and success.
