Born and raised in Copenhagen, Ditte Kiel is an award-winning casting director with more than two decades of experience. With a Master in Philosophy & Communication and a brief pit stop in fashion, she co-founded Artcast and later launched Kiel Casting in 2021.
She works internationally with leading directors and production companies, shaping the casts of high-profile commercials, feature films, and documentaries. Known for her dedication to authenticity, she approaches each project with a deep understanding of character and story – whether discovering talent in subcultures, among performers, or through trained actors.
