Anita Rios earned her degree in Advertising, and while she was still studying, she joined her first agency, Y&R. She later went on to work at Del Campo Nazca S&S and then Vega Olmos Ponce, where she rose from junior copywriter to Executive Creative Director by the time the agency was renamed Ponce Buenos Aires. She was also part of the launch of David Buenos Aires, and then served as ECD at JWT for seven years.
She is also the President of the Argentine Creative Circle (Circulo de Creatividad Argentina).
She has won awards at the most important advertising festivals, including more than 35 Cannes Lions, where she has served twice as a Film jury member.
In 2017, she was recognized as a Leading Woman Argentina.
In 2019, she took a leap of faith and founded Anita&Vega in partnership with the legendary Fernando Vega Olmos. The agency just turned five. But it’s not her only baby – Anita is also the proud mother of Roma.
