Becca Pottinger is a Creative Director on Nike at Wieden+Kennedy London.
Most recently, she launched the brand’s Euro 2024 campaign platform Awaken Your Madness, celebrating that little bit of crazy that separates the greats from us mere mortals.
Beyond Nike, she’s also created award-winning work for global brands such as Honda, Under Armour, the BBC and Samsung.
Prior to Wieden+Kennedy, she spent time in-house at BBC Creative, where she led a strategic and creative repositioning for the broadcaster, helped deliver government health campaigns during the pandemic, and created a brand campaign for BBC News. Subsequently, the campaign toured artistic and cultural centers in the US before becoming part of the permanent archive in the Department of Film at The Museum of Modern Art in New York.

For the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship, Nike explored the minds of the world’s greatest footballers, and the mad lengths they go to for footballing brilliance. From cryochambers to eating cow hearts, obsessing one skill to training sessions that would make us mere mortals shudder, these athletes have unleashed something that lies in all of us waiting to be awoken: a little madness.
In this session, a team of star players will take the stage together to go behind the work: Nike VP Brand Creative Jordi Pont, W+K’s Becca Pottinger, and director Sam Pilling.
